Easy CrockPot Ham is glazed to perfection and cooked until it's fall off the bone tender. The best thing to ever come out of a slow cooker!

7 lb bone-in cured half ham, or cured spiral ham

1 cup brown sugar

8 ounces pineapple juice

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp ground allspice

¼ tsp nutmeg
