1 ½ c bread flour

2 tsp active dry yeast

subheading: SMALL LOAF (USING BREAD MACHINE):

5/8 c water (5/8 cup to ¾ cup water)

1 egg

3 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp sugar

¾ tsp salt

1 c whole wheat bread flour

1 c bread flour

1 ½ tsp active dry yeast
