Vegan Tahini Noodles
Ingredients
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles, flavor packages discarded
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chili paste, (optional for spice)
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 thumb Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Warm water
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Sesame seeds, garnish
