Grilled/Roasted Pizza Portobellos with Lemony Cashew "Ricotta"

  • ¼ tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons of water
