  • ½ packed cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ packed cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • subheading: For The Dressing:
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
