Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless chicken tenders
  • juice of one lemon
  • Three garlic cloves
  • Two teaspoons of red wine vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup of Greek Yogurt
  • Two teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons of Greek Seasoning.  I use Cavender All Purpose Greek Seasoning 3.25 oz
  • ½ of a small red onion - chopped
  • Two tablespoons of dill weed
  • subheading: Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
  • One tablespoon of Dillweed
  • One small English cucumber- chopped
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • One teaspoon of onion powder
  • subheading: Garnishes:
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • red onion
  • feta cheese
  • Pita bread
