Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized ripe bananas, peeled
- ⅓ cup, packed (70g) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 ½ cups (375ml) whole mik
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon coarse salt (I used fine salt and found it to be perfect for my tastes)
