Cheesy Beef Noodle Casserole

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana (known for some of the best food in the world) I have a mixture of personal recipes as well as some favorites I've found along the way.

Cheesy beef noodle casserole is made with seasoned ground beef in a flavorful tomato sauce tossed in egg noodles and baked with a cheddar cheese topping.

12 bag Egg Noodles

2 tbs Olive Oil

1.5 pounds Ground Beef

1 small Onion, minced

3 cloves Garlic, chopped

2.5 cups Tomato Sauce

15 oz can Diced Tomatoes, drained

2 cups Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbs Garlic Powder (divided)

1 to 2 tbs Italian Seasoning

Dried Parsley for garnish (optional)
