Christmas Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c boiling water
- ⅔ c cinnamon candies
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1½ c applesauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ c diced celery
- ½ c mayonnaise
- ½c chopped nuts
Steps
- Pour water over candies and stir to dissolve. May need to heat to dissolve completely. Add jello to also dissolve then applesauce. Pour half into 8x 8 pan. Chill. Meanwhile blend cream cheese, celery, mayonnaise, nuts. Spread over set up jello. Pour other half of jello mixture over that and chill well until firm.
