Tuna Chunks with Vietnamese Sauce

Ingredients
  • 500 grams tuna in 2 cm chunks
  • ½ cup Nam Pla
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 2 finely chopped shallots
  • 2 cm grated ginger 1 finely chopped chili pepper
Steps
  1. 1. Combine sauce in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat frying pan till very hot, oil, salt and pepper the fish....fry briefly until still rare.
  3. 3. Serve on a plate garnished with herbs...drizzle sauce.
