Vegan Orange Rolls with Pistachio
Ingredients

  • 120 g vegan butter (melted, I used Miyokos but any will do)
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 x 8g sachet of quick yeast
  • 700 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • subheading: For the Filling:
  • 185 g vegan butter
  • 185 g soft dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of ½ an orange
  • subheading: For the Glaze:
  • 200 g icing sugar (sieved)
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk (if necessary)
  • subheading: For Finishing:
  • 2 tablespoon shelled (unsalted pistachios (crushed))
  • Zest of ½ an orange
