Spinach Sausage Ricotta Casserole
Ingredients
  • 500 g cooked spinach, thawed, strained (or 2.8 lbs uncooked, chopped)
  • 500 g ricotta
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Italian seasoning (or any combination of garlic, onion and basil)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ground sausage
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
