  • Golden Potatoes (about 1.5 lbs)
  • Heavy Cream ( ¼ cup)
  • Butter (3 ½ Tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg Yolks (2)
  • Parmesan Cheese (¼ cup, minimum)
