  • ¼ cup sweetener, such as maple syrup, brown sugar, or coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
