Ingredients

  • 3 medium shallots, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz. silken tofu

  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 medium jalapeños, halved, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Cilantro leaves with tender stems and steamed rice (for serving)
