Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang Korean red pepper paste
  • 1 block tofu extra firm tofu, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar or any syrup
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional but highly recommended
  • 2 green onions chopped (optional, but recommended)
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
