  • + salt to taste
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 2 T chopped white chocolate
  • 2 T chopped, toasted macadamia nuts
  • 36 pea shoots
  • 24 chocolate mint leaves, for garnish, stems reserved
  • 24 small pansies, for garnish
