Sesame Shoyu Salmon with mixed Veggies by Rich Lum
Cooked PIP in a 6 qt IP on HP
Ingredients
  • 1 fresh or frozen Salmon filet 5 to 7 ounces
  • ¾ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 10 to 12 dashes of Louisiana hot sauce
  • ⅛ cup white sugar (optional...I didn’t add it in)
  •  
  • Mixed Veggies....your choice....I used
  • Asparagus
  • Red, yellow and orange baby bell peppers
  • Red onion
  • Snap peas
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon Hon Dashi..Bonito soup base
