Ingredients
  • 1 lb hot pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 3 cups Bisquik
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix ingredients together and roll into 1 to 1½" balls.
  3. Place on cookie sheet, leave room to grow a little.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the tops just start to turn brown.
Notes
  • Add sautéed ½ medium onion, 1 clove garlic. ½ c parsley
