Ingredients
- ½ cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 T coriander seeds
- ¼ cup black sesame
- ¼ cup white sesame
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 T aleppo pepper
- salt
- black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F in a pan roast your hazelnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Around 3 to 5 minutes. Probably pulling the sunflower seeds first or adding them last if you’re doing it in a pan.
- Toast your coriander seed, and sesame seeds until very fragrant around 2 minutes.
- Let everything cool for a minute or two then start by coarsely blending nuts in food processor around 30 seconds, adds seeds pulse again, add spices, salt, and pepper.
- Place into an air tight container
