Ingredients
  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 T coriander seeds
  • ¼ cup black sesame
  • ¼ cup white sesame
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 T aleppo pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F in a pan roast your hazelnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Around 3 to 5 minutes. Probably pulling the sunflower seeds first or adding them last if you’re doing it in a pan.
  2. Toast your coriander seed, and sesame seeds until very fragrant around 2 minutes.
  3. Let everything cool for a minute or two then start by coarsely blending nuts in food processor around 30 seconds, adds seeds pulse again, add spices, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place into an air tight container
