  • 1 head cauliflower. core removed and cut into bite sized florets
  • 2 cups unsweetened unflavored plant milk (I used Almond Milk)
  • 2 cups chickpea flour or any flour of choice
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs I used gluten-free
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce of choice
