Ingredients
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • A handful of fresh herbs (I like to use oregano and basil)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 20g olive oil
  • 1 tin cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 tablespoon TM vegetable stock
  • 1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 75g water
