Ingredients
- 240g Chickpeas, cooked
- 150g Tomato
- 70g Pepper, hot
- 100g Red cabbage
- ½ Onion
- 20g Peanut butter
- 1Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Bunch of parsley to garnish
Steps
- Throw all ingredients together on a pan and cook covered on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
