Ingredients
  • 6 large potatoes, boiled, peeled (opt), sliced thin
  • 20 slices hamburger dill pickles,diced fine
  • ¼ c finely diced onion
  • 1 ½ c sour cream
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • salt and pepper
Steps
  1. Mix and chill. Better second day, keeps at least a week.

  • You can buy vegan mayo and sour cream
