  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • Halloumi cheese, cut into 1cm thick slices
  • 150 g
  • 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
