Whole Foods Garlicky Kale Salad (Vegan, Oil-Free, Plant-Based)
Ingredients
  • 2 large bunches of kale (approx. 1 pound)
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ΒΌ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small lemon (zest & approx. 2 Tbsp juice)
  • 2 to 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced (or put through a garlic press)
  • OPTIONAL: 1 can of garbanzo beans (no salt added if possible)
