  • 1-¼ teaspoons baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon table salt
  • 1-¼ cups 300g buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons 40g blackstrap or dark molasses
  • 1 tablespoon 10g sunflower oil
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup natural or golden raisins optional
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
