Homemade Enchilada Sauce (Paleo and Vegan)
Ingredients
  • One 28-ounce jar tomato puree (not crushed tomatoes)
  • ¼ cup water (more or less as needed)
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • A few dashes Tabasco sauce (optional, or to taste)
