Sausage and Gravy Casserole
Preheat oven to 350
Ingredients
  • 1 can of buttermilk biscuits (not flaky layers)
  • 1 pound of sausage (your choice of variety, cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 package of peppered gravy mix (look in the section of the grocery store where you find the packets of seasoning)
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup of milk (add to scrambled eggs)
  • 1 cup of cheese
Steps
  1. Grease a 9 by 13 pan.  Cut biscuits into six pieces each and scatter evenly in pan.  Sprinkle sausage on top.  Pour egg mixture over.  Make gravy according to directions on package and pour over casserole.  Sprinkle cheese on top.
  2. Bake 40 minutes or until biscuits are all puffed up and cooked through.  Serve hot!
