Ingredients
  • 6 eggs,
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella,
  • 2 Tablespoons almond flour,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt and granulated garlic and poured it on a well greased baking sheet.
  • Baked @ 375 for about 5 minutes, (took mine longer than her suggested 5 minutes though)
