Crunchy Graham Crackers (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
  • 5 ½ tablespoons unsalted grass-fed butter, softened *
  •  
  • ⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  • 5 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  •  
  • note: please note - I did not test this recipe using another fat, as butter is an essential flavor in traditional grahams. However, based on my experience with recipes in the past, I think palm shortening or ghee would work well as a substitute.
