Blue Cheese and Pine Nut Puffs
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup finely crumbled Roquefort® or other blue cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup finely shredded Gruyère cheese (4 ounces)
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted*
