  • ½ cup ( 120g) full-fat sour cream at room temperature*
  • ½ cup (120ml) whole milk at room temperature*
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles, for filling*

  • 1 cup ( 230g) unsalted butter, softened to  room temperature
  • 4 to 5 cups (480 to 600g) confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream or whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • salt, to taste
