Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins or boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Chicken Marinade/Glaze:
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha/Asian hot red chili sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Garnish:
