(385) Carnivore / Keto Tortillas! My New Favorite Low Carb Tortilla
Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp lard (or other animal fat)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pork panko (optional but recommended)
  • 4 Tbsp egg white powder
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ to ½ cup water (as needed)
  • subheading: Very good. Much closer to a tortillas. They hold up on their own. Final recipe is here:
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp lard

  • 2 Tbsp pork rind crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp egg white powder
  • ½ cup cream
  • Water to make it like a thin pancake batter (about ⅓ cup)
