  • (如果傳統烤法上220下190刷2次蛋黃沒刷一次聽5分風乾在刷,吃一點顏色上調180一共烤25分)
  • 6油皮包入油酥桿2次放鬆5分在包餡刷蛋黃點黑芝麻
  • 7油皮和油酥柔好蓋保鮮膜醒60分在操作最好夏天放冷藏室以免出油

  • 9鹽蛋黃18個180度上下火烤12分噴米酒
