  • ¼ cup jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 6 to 8 medium tortillas
