Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

  • ¾ cup flour, we used brown rice flour (120 g)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • subheading: For the Buffalo wings sauce:
  • ½ cup water (125 ml)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (4 tbsp)
  • ¼ cup tomato paste (4 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder
