Ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.....
  •  
  • 6 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon of cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon of Redman real salt
  •  
  • ½ cup egg white powder
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons beef soup base
  • 1 Tablespoon Allulose
  • ½ either poultry seasoning or Italian seasoning or 2 Tablespoons of everything but the bagel seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon of active yeast
  • ½ teaspoonof xanthan gum
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
Steps
  1. Whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar and Redmond salt until very stiff.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together when egg whites are stiff add in the dry ingredients mix on low just till combined. Do not over mix. Take a spatula to make sure all the dry is blended by very carefully folding the batter over.
  3. Bake a loaf for 30 min or until done, then turn off oven and let sit for 30 minutes. Remove from oven to cool completely before removing from silicone pan.
  4. For rolls bake 15 minutes and turn off oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven to cool completely before removing from silicone pans or parchment lined cookie sheet.
