Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts or 2 large
  • 1 box (4 cups) of chicken broth
  • 3 to 4 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 tsp chicken base
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ bag (8 oz) Kluski Noodles.
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot except noodles. Cook on high=4 hours or low=5 to 6 hours. Shred meat with fork and return heat to HIGH. Add noodles and cook for 60 minutes longer. Serve over mashed potatoes. Freezes very well. Can even place in crock pot frozen, just add another hour so so on to the time. (I cooked my noodles for 2 hours successfully on low)
Notes
  • A double recipe fits into a gallon freezer bag. Place all ingredients into bag, except noodles and freeze. Can be added to crock pot frozen if you can fit it in pot. Just add an hour or so. Double this recipe for a holiday crowd.
