Green Goddess Smoothie
Use a smoothie as a snack, and don't add a bunch of fat sources to it either! from Naomi Green
Ingredients
  • subheading: Green Goddess Smoothie:
  • 1 inch water
  • 75% fresh greens
  • 25% frozen banana and other yellow/orange frozen fruit
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • optional: 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea powder
  • note: Skip the Matcha in the afternoon or if you are sensitive to caffeine!
  • optional: add ¼ cup - ½ cup oats to make this a meal
  • subheading: Chocolate Lover's Smoothie Snack:
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen chunks that add up to one banana!)
  • 2 tbsp. Cacao Powder (raw)
  • 1 cup unsweetened, unflavored plant milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • optional: handful frozen berries if you like chocolate berry taste
  • optional: 2 tbsp chia seeds if you haven't had your omega 3's for the day
  • optional: ice cubes if you like it ICY rather than creamy...
