水2カップ（400ml）

コンソメ小さじ2

ローリエ1枚

★トマトジュース150ml

★ケチャップ大さじ2

★ソース大さじ2

★砂糖小2

★塩小さじ⅓

とろけるビーフシチューのもと1袋

バター5〜10g

パセリ to your taste
