Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup salsa any kind will work
  • 5 ounces canned fire roasted green chilies mild or hot, I used Ortega brand
  • 16 ounces chili beans in sauce either pinto or kidney is fine
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temp
  • 2 to 3 cups Frito corn chips
  • 2 to 3 cups Mexican cheese blend

  • diced tomatoes
  • sliced jalapeños
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced avocado
  • sour cream
  • chopped chives
  • black olives
