Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cashew sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed or chopped finely (whatever you like - I used parsley, dill and rosemary)
  • Pepper to taste

  • OR 4 tbsp hummus with the above herbs added

  • note: Please Note: If weight loss is your goal (not yet in your healthy BMI), we recommend you use the hummus 'butter' as the 'cashew sour cream 'butter' is super calorie dense.
