  • 8 medium cloves Garlic
  • 1 1 ⁄4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce (optional)

  • 2 pounds Yuke Gold Potatoes (Sliced thin)
  • 1 Head of Broccoli (Sliced thin)
  • 2 cups Black Beans (cooked)
  • Fresh thyme (for garnish)
