Spicy Kiwi Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 3 kiwi fruits
  • 2 bananas
  • ¾ cup milk (any milk is fine, try soy, almond, coconut etc)
  • ¾ cup low fat yogurt
  • 4 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 thumb ginger, grated
  • Optional
  • 1 tsp honey (if you like it that bit sweeter)
