  • 1 cup sour cream (I like regular Daisy brand)
  • ¾ cup almond milk or cashew milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, optional
  • 1 teaspoon mineral salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup THM Baking Blend
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
