Chocolate Chip Date Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds or pecans
  • 1 cup dates
  • dash vanilla and sea salt
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
  • optional coconut flakes
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients except for chocolate chips and coconut into food processor. Blend until combined, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add in coconut if desired and process another 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into balls.
  5. Store in fridge or freezer.

  • 1 to 2 is a serving
