Ingredients
- MUSHROOM, BACON, CHEESE & SPINACH TARTS
- 2 sheets of shortcrust pastry
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 rashers bacon, diced
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 tblspn olive oil
- 25g butter
- Salt & pepper to season
- ½ cup cream.
- 1 tspn minced garlic
- 2 tblspns Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tspn Dijon mustard
- 1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese.
- Freshly chopped parsley to garnish.
