6 large eggs

2½ cups (267g) cake flour

½ teaspoon (3g) salt

1 tablespoon (15g) baking powder

½ cup (118ml) milk

1 tablespoon (15ml) vanilla extract

1 to 1½ stick (113 to 170g) butter

2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

1½ 12-ounce cans (532ml) evaporated milk

1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
